Shipping is available to New Zealand, Australia (except WA), USA, Canada, and Japan. Products cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. A physical address and phone number must be provided for all orders.
Shipping within New Zealand is FREE of charge.
Shipping costs for international destinations will be calculated based on your destination and weight. We will supply you with a separate invoice for international shipping costs. Payment must be received in full BEFORE your order is dispatched.
We aim to ship goods within one to two business days. If the item is out of stock or no longer available, we will advise you via email. We will not be held responsible for any delays caused by third party couriers/freight companies.
Please contact us if you believe that the product you have received is faulty. If the product is found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. No claims shall be considered unless made within 14 days from the date of purchase. The Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply if the products purchased are for business purposes. In no event shall Kotahi Honeys liability exceed the purchase price of the goods that are the subject matter of any claim. If we are unable to replace or repair the faulty item, we will issue you with a refund. Goods damaged on arrival must be reported to Kotahi Honey immediately. No goods will be accepted for return or credit unless prior approval has been received from your Kotahi Honey Customer Service Representative.
