Our delicious Mānuka & rice bubble slice is a family favorite in our house.
1. Melt 125g butter in a large saucepan (needs to fit all ingredients)
2. Add 3 tablespoons of Kotahi honey and gently boil for 5 minutes whilst stirring
3. Add 4 cups of rice bubbles (and ½ cup of coconut if desired)
4. Transfer the mixture into a lined slice tin, and flatten
5. Place tin into fridge until firm, approx 2 hours.
